The Driver's Clubby *NasG85

Digital Art / 3-Dimensional Art / Vehicles / Terrestrial (for land)

This is a test that was made for a concept called The Driver's Club. It featured Simon Dolan's Aston Martin v12 Vantage.

This was purely just to have the car in the garage slightly unassembled as to show the parts involved in a race team.

Was made in 1 week using Softimage & After effects.

Car base model was bought from 3dexport.com.

Absolutely stunning render! After Effects is more my bag than 3D, so my only crit is the wiggler. It's not as noticeable when the camera is moving, but when it's stationary the jerkiness is a bit obvious. I'd maybe adjust the amplitude to be subtly higher and frequency to be a bit longer so that it shakes a bit slower on a more natural range, and maybe play with the eases to get a smoother movement.

Thanks, yeah you're right about the camera. It was the first time i'd used the wiggler. Looking back at it now i also thought it was too much at the end but it was a long time ago so(almost a year) not gonna it change now unfortunately
