I made it in photoshop from several different textures. You'll find its better to find a few decent textures and just paint it up in photoshop instead of looking for hours trying to find the "perfect one".
Ah yea figured that would have been the best option though I hope you don't mind me asking one question as I tend to always get blurry textures for close up even on high resolution. What the best way to avoid this to get the best resolution thanks for the reply
I find a 4k map to be big enough for most pics. Remember its not just the diffuse map that makes the texture look good, You always need a diffuse, specular, roughness/gloss and bump map to help carve it out and look accurate. Also if your textures are hi-res but blurry when you render them try changing your pixel filtering in your render setting from guassian( if it is this by default) to mitchell or lanczos.
THX man for the that yea I normally render out on mitchell or lanczos , yea i only do a diffuse and the displacement never actually thought of using the spec and gloss maps actually , 4k hmm damn thats quite big i guess for detail purpose yea i normally get lot of squarry almost like some weird effect on mine . Appreciate the tip alot mate Look forward to seeing more of ur stuff man
